Private, Personal & Passionate About Hair
Leo & Simon opened its doors in 2001 on Eton High Street. We're a small, boutique salon, and that's exactly how we like it. Our size means we can focus fully on the people in our chairs rather than turning over volume.
We know many of our clients by name, by lifestyle, by the colour they've been building for months. That personal connection is at the heart of everything we do. When you book with us, you're not just filling a slot, you're working with a stylist who genuinely invests in your hair.
Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience in cutting, colouring, extensions, and treatments. We stay current through ongoing training while staying true to the craft and attention to detail that our clients have always trusted us for.

Apprentice Stylist
Sirat
Sirat is in the final stages of her apprenticeship with us, trained in shampooing, blow-drying, colour application and the precision technical work that runs through everything we do.
If you book in for a wash and blow-dry or a colour appointment, you'll likely meet her, warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about her craft.
Salon Ambassador
Meet Dolce
Our four-legged Chief Greeter, salon mascot, and arguably the most photographed face on Eton High Street. Dolce is Leo's maltipoo and a salon regular, clients ask after him before they ask for their colour appointment.
He's gentle, sociable and excellent at making nervous first-time visitors feel instantly at home.
